Downtown Houston Stakeholders –

Tonight, a violent storm ripped through our community. Downtown suffered significant property damage, including downed trees, shattered windows, and more. At Mayor Whitmire’s direction, we’re encouraging all Downtown employers to allow their employees to work from home, Friday, May 17th, to allow clean up crews the opportunity to remove the debris. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

Sky Dance, Houston’s largest mural, is painted on the side of the 1415 Louisiana building— on Clay St. between Louisiana and Milam. Created by artist, C. Finley, the colorful mural depicts three Houston Ballet dancers and celebrates Houston's art and culture.
